Using WhereIsPhoto

By using WhereIsPhoto, you agree to these terms. You need an account to run a photo location search and view its saved history. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and use only photos you are allowed to submit for analysis and image-source search. Do not use the service to violate another person's rights, break the law, or interfere with the service.

Search results

WhereIsPhoto examines visual clues to estimate possible photo locations. An optional included image-source check may find matching public pages and explicit camera coordinates. Results can be uncertain, unavailable, or incorrect; a map pin or coordinate is not a guarantee of where a photo was taken. You are responsible for checking results before relying on them.

Credits and paid plans

Each new location search uses one search credit. The one-time Search Pack costs $4.99 for 20 searches, with its credits valid for 365 days. Pro costs $14.99 per month and grants 100 searches per paid billing period. Unused Pro searches do not roll over into a later period. PDF and CSV report exports require an active, paid Pro entitlement. Current plan details and your available credits are shown in the pricing and account pages before purchase.

Pro renews monthly until canceled. You can cancel from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and access tied to the already paid period continues until that period ends. A refund is a separate process from cancellation. Refund requests are reviewed case by case through support@whereisthisphoto.app. If an order is refunded, unused credits associated with that order are revoked. Refunding a Pro payment also ends the associated Pro export entitlement.

Availability and accounts

We may change or suspend the service when needed to operate it. We may restrict accounts that violate these terms. To request account closure or deletion of stored photos and search history, contact support@whereisthisphoto.app; there is currently no self-service deletion control.
